We present a first shortlist within 5–10 working days. The full cycle — from briefing to the candidate's start date — usually takes four to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the role and the market.

The search is conducted without naming the company until the interview stage: the market learns neither about the vacancy nor about a planned succession. Access to project materials is limited to the lead partner and their team.

If the executive leaves the company within the guarantee period, we run a replacement search at no cost. The terms of the guarantee are set out in the contract before the assignment begins.

We work on a success-based model: the main part of the fee is paid once the candidate starts. Exact terms depend on the seniority of the role — your partner will set them out at the first meeting.
