How I-Talent collects, stores and protects the personal data of visitors to this website.
This Policy describes which personal data the I-Talent website collects (hereinafter the “Company”, “we”), why the data is needed, how long it is kept and how it is protected. The Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Its Protection” (hereinafter the “Law”).

Data from the enquiry form. When you submit an enquiry on the site, we receive what you provide yourself: your name, company name, email address, phone number and a description of your brief. No fields are mandatory apart from your name and one means of contact.
Technical data. When you visit the site, the server automatically records the IP address, browser and device type, page address and time of the request. These records are needed for the security and stable operation of the site; we do not use them to identify who visited the site.
Cookies and local storage. The site uses only strictly necessary cookies and a record in the browser’s local storage to remember that you have already seen the cookie notice. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
We collect only the data needed for these purposes (Article 7 of the Law) and do not use it for mailings without your separate consent.
The ground for processing is your consent, which you give by clicking the button to send the enquiry (Articles 7 and 8 of the Law). Consent remains valid until the processing purposes set out in section 3 have been achieved or until it is withdrawn.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@i-talent.kz. Within fifteen business days we will stop processing and delete the data, unless its retention is required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Data is kept on servers located within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Article 12 of the Law). An enquiry is kept until the purpose of processing has been achieved, but no longer than three years from the date of the last contact, after which it is destroyed. Technical server records are kept for no longer than one year.
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Access to enquiries is limited to Company employees who need it to handle your request, and they are bound by confidentiality (Article 11 of the Law).
The Company uses a corporate email service to receive messages. Transfer of data outside the Republic of Kazakhstan is permitted only in the cases provided for by Article 16 of the Law, and only to countries that ensure the protection of personal data.
Data may be disclosed to state authorities upon their lawful and duly substantiated request.
The connection to the site is protected by encryption (HTTPS). Enquiries are held in secure storage with restricted access, and actions performed on them are logged. We keep the server software up to date and make regular encrypted backups.
