On 31 July 2026, I-Talent held the international online webinar "Leadership Beyond Titles: An Executive Conversation" with Charles McLean — an international expert in leadership and strategic communications.
Charles McLean brings more than 40 years of professional experience. He worked as an international correspondent for NBC News, served as Director of Communications at the World Economic Forum and has advised heads of international companies, government figures and leaders of global organisations.
During the webinar, participants explored what defines a true leader beyond titles and formal authority. Particular attention was given to trust, personal reputation, emotional intelligence and decision-making under uncertainty.
Charles McLean shared practical observations drawn from many years of working with presidents, corporate leaders and international organisations. The discussion also covered the impact of artificial intelligence and global change on the future of leadership.
