I-Talent to hold an international corporate governance programme in Baku

On 1–2 October 2026, I-Talent will hold the international programme "Modern Corporate Governance" in Baku.
The programme is designed for executives, board members, corporate secretaries and professionals involved in developing corporate governance within their organisations.
Over two days, participants will address current issues in corporate governance, strategic decision-making, risk management, compliance, finance, ESG, digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence in management processes.
Particular emphasis is placed on practice. The programme includes real case studies, simulations of management situations, interactive sessions, professional discussions and the exchange of international experience.
