I-Talent announces the speaker of its corporate governance programme in Baku

I-Talent introduces the expert speaker of the international programme "Modern Corporate Governance", to be held on 1–2 October 2026 in Baku.
The programme's speaker will be Sergey Eliseev — Head of Corporate Governance at EuroChem Group, an expert in corporate governance and board effectiveness with over 15 years of experience in international and publicly listed companies.
Sergey previously spent ten years at MTS Group in corporate governance, project management and corporate law roles. His professional experience includes working with boards of directors and committees, developing the corporate secretariat function, implementing internal policies and procedures, supporting corporate actions and working with cross-border structures.
Sergey Eliseev is also a member of the Hawkamah Institute for Corporate Governance in Dubai. One of the defining results of his career is the design and implementation of a Corporate Governance Code that helped his company rank in the top five of Russia's National Corporate Governance Index for eight consecutive years.
At the programme in Baku, Sergey will share practical approaches and international experience that help companies move from formal compliance to genuine strategic governance.
Participants will examine modern corporate governance models, effective board and committee work, risk management, compliance, strategy, ESG, digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence in management processes.
