On 11 September 2026 I-TALENT will host an online webinar on new AI-driven technologies for assessing candidates and employees.

A CV shows experience. An interview shows how well someone presents themselves. But how do you see their potential, their behavioural patterns and how they will actually act in real working situations?

We are bringing together two very different technological approaches to human potential on one stage.

AVOCO — an AI speech-analysis platform that helps identify employee potential, define development paths and build effective teams.

Helio AI — an AI recruiting agent. During the webinar the team will present its approach to gamified assessment, which yields additional data on candidate behaviour and soft skills.

The presentations will be followed by an open expert discussion and Q&A. Together with our speakers we will look at the opportunities and limits of AI in HR: can an algorithm be gamed, what can technology see beyond a classic interview, how should AI data be interpreted and who should make the final decision about a person.
